A blend of Swiss Gruyere&Emmenthal cheeses in crisp dry
White wine a touch of garlic &Kirschwasser to flavor. Cubed
Baguette to dip and served with side order of our House Salad.

“Fondue Chinoise”
Our version of the traditional oriental fire pot a simmering
Pot of perfectly seasoned chicken broth.
Beef filet, pork tenderloin& prawns served with crisp
