Experience the Flavors of an Authentic Alpine Fondue Dinner
First course: Fondue Suisse
A blend of Swiss Gruyere & Emmenthal
cheese in crisp dry white wine a touch of garlic
& kirschwasser to flavor. Cubed baguette to dip.
served with house salad.
Second course: Fondue Chinoise
Our version of the traditional oriental fire pot a simmering
pot of perfectly seasoned chicken broth, beef filet, pork tenderloin, & prawns served with crisp vegetables & exotic sauces.
Or
Fondue Bourguignonne
A hot pot of oil bubbling at your table in which
You fry cubes of Beef Tenderloin accompanied
By four perfect sauces and fries.
Finish With: The Grand Finale
